Item Descriptions and Prices

• We make every effort to ensure that the description of each item and the price is current and accurate however with the vast number of items in our inventory, we sometimes make a mistake. If you find that an item is described or priced incorrectly, please bring it to our attention.
• The stated size of each item is approximate. We try to measure items within one-eighth of an inch.
  
• The term "gold" is used to describe "gold tone" items and is not meant to mean Fine Gold or Karat Gold. If an item is made of Fine Gold or Karat Gold it will be described as "18K Gold", "14K Gold", "10K Gold" or whatever is appropriate for the actual gold content.
• The term "silver" is used to describe "silver tone" items and is not meant to mean Fine Silver or Sterling Silver. If an item is made of Fine or Sterling Silver it will have a .925 Silver content and will be described as "Sterling Silver."
• Stones are described according to colors as found in natural gemstones and referred to as "crystals". Items with natural gemstones are described as "Genuine Emerald, Genuine Diamond, Opal, CZ for cubic zirconium, etc."
• Our "Swarovski Alike" line is not official Swarovski crystals. Jewelry with official Swarovski crystals will be described as having Swarovski crystals.

• We ship using USPS Priority mail for all orders.
  
• Shipping is a flat rate charge regardless of the order size or weight.
  
• Free USPS Priority mail shipping on orders over $75.

• Payment must be received before an order is shipped.
  
• Credit cards are not charged until the order is shipped.
  
• We will contact you regarding out of stock and back ordered items.
  
• Back ordered and out of stock items are not charged until available for shipment with your approval.
